Credit
The Mountain Area Health Education Center designates this educational activity for a maximum of 10.50 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits ( A maximum of 6.75 for Day 1 and a maximum of 3.75 for Day 2). Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
