Adam Neporadny is a senior manager in the Birmingham office of Dixon Hughes Goodman. He has over 14 years of public accounting experience with a primary focus in the firm's dealership practice. He provides a variety of tax and accounting services to dealership clients, including dealership tax compliance and planning services, and consulting and management advisory services. He also leads the firm's dealership tax committee.

Jeffrey is a tax professional with more than 8 years of public accounting experience, including 3 years with a Big Four accounting firm. Jeffrey provides corporate and partnership tax services to public and private businesses, including private equity portfolio companies. He serves companies in the retail, financial services, and healthcare services industries. In addition, Jeffrey works extensively with income tax accounting under ASC 740, including tax accounting for mergers and acquisitions. He is also experienced with consolidated returns, other multi-entity structures, and multi-state tax compliance.

Jack Small is a Director in the DHG State & Local Tax Practice, and is based in the Firm’s Atlanta, Georgia office. Jack has experience in numerous areas of state and local taxation including corporate income and franchise tax, sales and use tax, and unclaimed property. His experience includes apportionment planning, combined unitary reporting issues, nexus determinations, accounting for income taxes, taxability studies, audit representation, and amnesty / voluntary disclosure negotiations. Tommy Varnell is a Senior Manager in DHG’s Atlanta office, specializing in State and Local Tax (SALT) matters. Tommy primarily focuses on indirect tax and unclaimed property matters, but his versatile background allows him to get involved in other areas as well. Tommy possesses 15 years of tax experience, with a blend of both consulting and industry. He has had involvement with a wide variety of industries including manufacturing, service, retail, transportation, healthcare, telecommunications and technology.
