President and CEO, LeadingAge Virginia
Melissa is President and CEO of LeadingAge Virginia, an association of non-profit aging services organizations working together to expand the world of possibilities for aging. She is responsible for the overall association management and leading the membership and staff in formulating and implementing strategic goals. She is also responsible for communicating the association’s vision to a broad range of audiences.

Executive Director, Rolling Green Village
Bob is Executive Director of Rolling Green Village, a stand-alone non-profit located in Greenville, SC on a scenic 175-acre campus, serving roughly 700 residents. Bob has been with Rolling Green Village for eight years and a Life Care Services team member for 18 years.
Bob’s conversation with DHG Healthcare focused on organizational and industry growth. He reflected on his experiences when Rolling Green Village’s changed their board from a managerial structure to a policy structure. He also highlighted key themes from his soon-to-be-published book. President & CEO, Presbyterian Homes of Georgia
Alex is Executive Director at Presbyterian Homes of Georgia, Inc (PHGA). Alex joined PHGA in November 2009 as senior executive director of Presbyterian Home, Quitman, Inc., and in January 2015, he was promoted to vice president. Alex has more than 16 years of experience in the health care industry. Alex has served in various state-level health care industry leadership positions, such as president of the Georgia Chapter of American College of Health Care Administrators, Southwest Council president of the Georgia Health Care Association, and board member for the Georgia Health Care Association.
Alex chatted with DHG Healthcare about his experiences leading PHGA throughout many challenges that have surfaced during the COVID-19 pandemic. He shared his hopes for PHGA to continue its strong strategic and financial position in 2022. To hear more, click on the video.
President, Eventus Strategic Partners
Alan is President of Eventus Strategic Partners, bringing more than 37 years of healthcare industry experience. Prior to this role, he started Lifescapes, served as Partner-in-Charge of KPMG’s Senior Living Services Practice, and worked as an Investment Banker with Wheat First Securities. His unique expertise encompasses strategic planning, market assessments and financial feasibility studies, capital financing, resident contract pricing and structuring, organizational planning, operations improvement and revenue enhancement, financial modeling and analysis and management reporting.

Director, Advisory Services, OnePoint Partners
Jodi is a Director of Advisory Services at OnePoint Partners. She joined the team in 2020 after roles with Lifespace Communities, Inc., Dixon Hughes Goodman LLP, and BDO Siedman, LLP. She’s served as a trusted advisor and consultant to a wide range of clients including single-site providers of senior housing and care, multi-facility systems, and stand-alone providers of long-term care. Her specialties include financial feasibility studies, financial modeling and forecasts, strategic market analyses, strategic planning, financial and operational benchmarking, and debt capacity analyses.
During her discussion with DHG Healthcare, Jodi reflected on our mission as an industry – to serve all seniors – and considered what current challenges are standing in the way of that mission. President & CEO, Lutheran Life Villages
Alex is President and CEO at Lutheran Life Villages, a nonprofit organization operating four communities in Fort Wayne and Kendallville, Indiana, which offer independent and assisted living services to nearly 650 residents. Alex was named president and CEO of Lutheran Life Villages in Fort Wayne by the non-profit organization's board of directors after performing those roles in an interim capacity.
