Section 179D Tax Deduction

Buildings that are built to code but do not use alternative energy sources may still qualify for partial or whole Section 179D Tax Deductions. DHG’s comprehensive process identifies qualified energy efficient components that may produce immediate tax deductions for private owners of commercial buildings placed in service from 2006 to 2016. We also work with architects, design firms and contractors to secure benefits from their involvement with government-owned buildings. The credit is available for property placed in service until Dec. 2016. Watch our video to learn more.
