Mark is managing partner of DHG’s Non-Profit, Education and Government industry group, overseeing the services of more than 2,000 clients nationwide. He spearheads the practice's focus on important industry issues that affect our clients and helps identify timely solutions. Mark’s accounting career spans more than 25 years and he has been with DHG’s audit practice since 2004.
Board members and management seek Mark’s advice on improving efficiency, transparency and accountability. Recently he has been focused on helping clients implement the new non-profit reporting model, revenue recognition guidance for both for-profits and non-profits and new lease accounting under GASB and FASB.
In addition to serving the non-profit, education and government industries, Mark has numerous manufacturing, distribution, real estate and retail clients. Mark assists organizations in developing policies and procedures that mitigate occupational fraud risks. He frequently speaks on the topic to employee and civic groups.
When he’s not working, Mark can be found spending time with his wife and two daughters.
