Overview

Lori is the Office Managing Partner of the Birmingham, Alabama office and has more than 20 years of broad experience as an accounting professional. Since joining the firm in 2009, Lori has focused on providing assurance and advisory services to clients in the DHG Dealerships practice, including some of the top 100 dealer groups across the country.

Lori prides herself on being a trusted advisor to clients where she uses her in-depth knowledge of the dealership industry to advise on operational issues, financial reporting needs, risk and internal controls, succession and estate planning, and due diligence needs. Lori has served on various committees and roles within DHG Dealerships including participation on the NADA team, speaking at industry events, and bringing regional dealer training events to market.

Experience

Lori’s broad range of experience includes a financial management position with a Fortune 500 company and working as CFO for an emerging service-based business. These experiences include responsibility for establishing accounting systems and controls, analyzing new business opportunities including emerging international operations, coordination of internal audit functions, and building back office infrastructure through policies and procedures development.
