Ben is the managing partner for the Transaction Advisory Service Practice at DHG. With more than 15 years of experience, Ben assists the firm in navigating complicated transactions for corporate buyers and private equity groups with a primary focus on middle market transactions.
Prior to DHG, Ben was a director in the transaction advisory services practice at a national accounting firm where he worked with private equity groups and strategic corporate buyers and sellers. Ben led the national transaction advisory services Business Services Industry team in addition to participating in the firm’s national sell side initiative where he focused on the expansion of sell side due diligence services. Ben’s area of expertise includes: (i) financial and operational due diligence (buy side and sell side), (ii) financial projections, (iii) profitability enhancements, (iv) business process review and (v) cash flow modeling.
Ben’s background also includes experience in transaction advisory services at a Big Four firm. He has dedicated much of his career to conducting buy-side and sell-side due diligence for clients in a variety of industries with deal sizes ranging from $10 million to more than $1 billion.
