Kevin has been with the firm since 1995 and has more than 19 years of experience in the preparation and review of affordable housing partnership tax returns. As partner of tax services, he spends a significant amount of time devoted to the structuring and tax compliance issues related to affordable housing, historic rehabilitation, renewable energy, and new market tax credit industries. Kevin has extensive knowledge of partnership tax law as it relates to exit strategies, allocation issues, and financial modeling.
In addition, he has a wealth of experience dealing with taxation as it applies to affordable housing investment funds, cost certifications, carryover allocations, projection modeling, housing related not-for profit organizations, construction companies, and feasibility analysis, as well as the various reporting requirements for various state agencies. Kevin has also been a speaker at various conferences and business luncheons.
