Overview

Steve Amigone serves as principal and leader of the firm's Transfer Pricing Services Group. He has worked with both private and public companies, including dozens of SEC and Fortune 500 clients over his 20-year career. Steve has developed transfer pricing documentation and planning studies for a variety of related-party transactions including royalty rates, tangible goods, services and financial arrangements. He has experience serving publicly traded multinational clients traded on international stock exchanges. He has worked closely with manufacturing, distribution and financial institution clients in sectors such as heavy equipment manufacturing, automotive, specialty chemicals, furniture, power generation, telecommunications, banking and insurance.

He has extensive experience representing clients before the IRS for audit defense and Advance Pricing Agreements. Steve has presented on OECD BEPS and transfer pricing issues at dozens of tax conferences throughout the U.S., Europe and Asia Pacific. He is also a guest lecturer on transfer pricing at the University of South Carolina’s Masters of Taxation program. Steve has held leadership roles within the Praxity Global Alliance including his current role as Global Chairman of Tax for the Global Tax and Fiscal Group.
