Lori has more than 29 years of experience with an emphasis on non-profit organizations and real estate companies. She works on a variety of non-profit clients including private foundations, voluntary health and welfare organizations, and other entities subject to Uniform Guidance audit requirements. She has made numerous presentations on various not-for-profit topics.

Lori's real estate experience encompasses audit, accounting and tax services for partnerships as well as corporations. Her clients include real estate operators and developers. She is well versed in complex as well as more routine real estate issues.

Lori also serves as the firm's Central Virginia/Hampton Roads Professional Practice Partner. As such, she supports engagement teams in technical accounting and auditing issues, communicates new developments and monitors the quality of the assurance services provided.
