Craig is a Principal in the DHG Healthcare National Strategy Practice, bringing more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry to the National Strategy Practice.
He is responsible for delivering solutions and developing financial models related to a variety of revenue transformation business issues, including the transition from fee-for-service to alternative payment models. Craig also has extensive experience delivering reimbursement consulting services focusing on revenue enhancement and federal and state regulatory issues.
His past work includes: analyzing alternative payment model data; advising on the mandatory Medicare programs; developing multiple payment models; and evaluating strategic implementation plans.
Craig specializes in navigating new payment and delivery structures such as CMS’s voluntary and mandatory bundles and ACO initiatives. Craig currently leads the firm’s efforts around Revenue Portfolio Design Solutions. He has led engagements focused on bundled payments, alternative payment models, clinically integrated networks, developing co-management arrangements.
