Valerie is a Tax Partner in DHG’s Nashville office. She has more than 16 years of public accounting experience in taxation for private equity portfolio companies, privately-held entities and large publicly traded companies. She has extensive experience with large, multi-state and multi-national consolidated C Corporations with a focus on manufacturing and healthcare companies. Valerie also has hands-on experience with U.S. income tax provision calculations and financial reporting requirements. She consistently maintains open communications and a positive, working relationship with her clients.
