Mark helps clients meet turnaround and performance improvement challenges for DHG. He has over 25 years experience assisting private-equity held and other middle-market companies with operational and financial improvement across industries and has held leadership positions with top-tier Advisory firms.
Prior to DHG, Mark held numerous Chief Operating Office roles as a Managing Director with Larx Advisors and as an operating executive within the Vista Equity Partners portfolio. His leadership positions included COO for a $140M software company as well as the same role with a $450M transportation and logistics provider. Mark’s successfully led programs to improve gross margin and EBITDA performance, integrate multiple add-on acquisitions in compressed timeframes, and create clarity and alignment between Sales, Operations, and Customer Support organizations. He led the Merger Integration practice at Alvarez & Marsal Business Consulting and helped build the southeast region practice for the firm. At A&M, Mark led turnaround and restructuring efforts for several southeast clients. He started his career with Arthur Andersen, helping to grow the business consulting practice to over $1B in revenue, making partner in 2000.
