Sallye is a director in the firm’s assurance practice and has 20 years of experience in public accounting working with large and small privately held companies. Sallye focuses on auditing and is uniquely skilled in the audits of technology, professional services, construction, trucking, government contractors, airport fuel facilities, non-profits, and employee benefit plans. She manages a variety of financial statement audits, reviews and compilations and focuses on identifying and developing solutions to clients’ needs.

Sallye consults with executive management, ownership groups, and boards of directors, helping them navigate complex financial reporting and regulatory landscapes. Sallye regularly consults on complex revenue recognition arrangements, stock-based compensation, debt and equity transactions and business combinations.

Prior to DHG, Sallye performed monthly accounting services for small privately owned companies, including services such as compilation and preparation of personal property, sales tax, payroll tax returns and individual corporate and personal tax returns. Sallye believes this experience early in her career affords her a unique perspective in evaluating and analyzing data to assist clients effectively.
