Mike is a partner in the firm’s assurance practice. He has more than 20 years of experience advising management teams of both public and privately held entities, assisting them with their accounting, financial reporting and other business needs. His work revolves primarily around companies in sectors that include technology, contractors, service companies, biotechnology, and private equity. Revenues of clients he has serviced have ranged from pre-revenue to $1 billion.
Mike advises executive management, ownership groups, boards of directors and private equity, helping them navigate complex financial reporting and regulatory landscapes both domestically and internationally. Mike regularly consults on complex revenue recognition arrangements, stock-based compensation, debt and equity transactions, business combinations, and compliance with Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) regulation. Additionally, Mike has assisted publicly traded companies with stock and bond offerings, including issuance of comfort letters and coordination of financial due diligence procedures.
Prior to joining DHG, Mike served as a managing director of an international firm, advising clients from startups to Fortune 500 companies.
