Since joining DHG in 2003, Leslie has focused on serving the firm’s employee benefit plan clients as well as those in the construction, real estate and affordable housing industries. Her experience on employee benefit plan engagements includes audits of pension plans and health and welfare plans, 5500 review and preparation, and PCAOB and ERISA reporting and disclosure matters. Leslie’s affordable housing concentration includes audits of lower-tier tax credit, Rural Development (RD), and Housing and Urban Development (HUD) properties as well as audits and compilations of upper-tier tax credit funds.
As a member of the firm’s Employee Benefit Plan Audit Quality Leadership Team, Leslie helps facilitate the annual Employee Benefit Plan Update for the firm. She also leads the Triad’s campus recruiting efforts for DHG. Additionally, Leslie is the previous Triad Champion for Women Forward, a program developed to directly support the DHG mission: to build valuable careers with our people and help our clients achieve their goals. In this role, Leslie helped develop learning programs and facilitated networking events for Triad DHG professionals and clients. She also serves on the Board of Directors for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater High Point.
