Steven Frank is a partner in Transaction Advisory Services at Dixon Hughes Goodman. Steven has more than 16 years of public accounting experience, including 13+ years of transaction advisory services experience. He focuses primarily on the execution of buy-side and sell-side due diligence for clients in a variety of industries within this growing practice of the firm. Steven assists corporate buyers and private equity groups in navigating complicated transactions with a focus on middle market transactions. Although he serves multiple industries, Steven's primary industry focus includes government contracting, software and technology, telecommunications and business services. He has gained significant transaction experience through providing advisory services for more than 300 transactions ranging in size from $2 million to more than $2 billion.
Before joining Dixon Hughes Goodman, Steven was with a Big Four firm in Charlotte, NC in the transaction advisory services practice, where he led financial and accounting due diligence engagements for private equity and strategic clients, including quality of earnings analysis, working capital analysis and quality of net asset analysis.
