Jason has more than 14 years' experience in public accounting. He exclusively serves the dealership industry, ranging from multi-location dealership groups to single point dealerships.
Jason has spent his career working on both the tax and attest side of engagements for dealership clients. With this experience, Jason has a unique skill set to service clients and answer a wide array of dealership
questions. Although tax is his current service focus, Jason is experienced in the areas of accounting, audit, and management advisory services. Jason's current passion is consulting with dealership clients on buy/sell agreements. He is a member of the firm's Dealership Tax Leadership Team, which is responsible for monitoring tax developments within the industry.
Jason has also authored several dealership articles including, Putting the "Success" in Dealership Succession and Thinking of Selling. When he's not working, he enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife and three children.
