Tricia is Chair of DHG's Executive Committee, the governing board of the Firm, and Managing Partner of Talent and Leadership. She has practiced for more than 30 years as a CPA and has been with DHG since 2006. As EC Chair, her role is to assist leadership in upholding our mission to build valuable careers with our people and to help our clients achieve their goals. In her role as Managing Partner of Talent and Leadership, she guides the firm's people strategies, including recruitment, retention, coaching and our firm-wide focus on Inclusion & Diversity. In her previous leadership role at DHG, she served as the Regional Managing Partner of the firm's Atlantic region.
Tricia's background is primarily in taxation, business valuations, litigation support and mediation, business advisory and individual consulting services. In her work with DHG's Forensic and Valuation practice, she focused on divorce mediation and arbitration, settlement structure and tax impact, asset tracing and identification, unreported income and income determination for alimony/child support calculations and financial declaration preparation. She has provided expert witness testimony for both plaintiffs and defendants in domestic cases and is often appointed as a joint expert. Over the course of her career, she has consistently been qualified as an expert in financial matters by the Family Courts of South Carolina. Prior to joining DHG, Tricia worked at former Big Four accounting firms and formed her own CPA firm in South Carolina, which eventually merged with a DHG predecessor firm.
Tricia is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the South Carolina Association of CPAs. She is a leader in both community service and professional development: she plays a significant role in DHG's Women Forward program and is a past recipient of the American Woman's Society of CPAs Public Service Award.
