Overview

Alex leads DHG's Forensics & Valuation Services practice in Florida. He has more than twenty years of experience in forensic consulting, valuation services, and corporate planning and analysis.  He specializes in business valuations and economic damage calculations and has served clients in a broad range of disputes, including: breaches of contract, fiduciary duty, and warranties; infringements of trademarks, trade dress, and patents; misappropriation of trade secrets; tortious interference; fraud and misrepresentation; shareholder and acquisition disputes; wrongful termination; and family law matters.  Alex has been designated as an expert witness in various courts in Florida and Georgia and has advised clients in a wide range of industries, including construction, manufacturing, distribution, retail, financial services, real estate, business and personal services, hospitality, and health care.

Prior to joining DHG, Alex worked in the forensic practice of a Big 4 accounting firm in Atlanta and Miami. He also has several years of corporate finance experience at a global, publicly-traded hospitality company, where he managed finance teams at the project, business unit and corporate levels.

Alex holds Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Business Administration degrees from the University of Miami, where he graduated cum laude with general honors. He is a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), Master Analyst in Financial Forensics (MAFF), and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).
