Prior to joining Dixon Hughes Goodman, Jennifer spent 13 years at a big four accounting firm in New York providing client service to multi-national public financial services companies and rotating through their national office. Additionally, she spent 6 years as SEC Director for a top 15 regional accounting firm in their quality control group focusing on SEC and PCAOB matters, standard setting, technical consultations and engagement quality reviews of large public banks and broker dealers.
Jennifer received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Missouri. She is a licensed CPA in Illinois and Missouri and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Missouri State Society of CPAs and North Carolina Association of CPAs. She previously served on the Center for Audit Quality’s Smaller Firm Task Force and other technical committees.
