Lance serves as the Florida Market Managing Partner. His public accounting experience spans more than 25 years and includes a focus on organizational leadership, large audit and assurance services. Prior to managing the Florida market, Lance served as the Co-Member in Charge for Construction and Real Estate Services before serving as the Jacksonville Office Managing Partner at Dixon Hughes Goodman.

Providing strategic advice based on client needs and delivering responsive, personal service allows Lance to customize each client experience.
