Tim is DHG’s Managing Partner of Performance, a key element of DHG’s firmwide strategy. He has more than 25 years of public accounting experience and has held a number of leadership roles at DHG since he joined the firm in 1993. Tim has served as an elected member of DHG’s Executive Committee and is currently a member of the firm’s Senior Leadership Team.
In his role as Managing Partner of Performance, Tim oversees firm operations, regional strategy, technology and business planning initiatives. He is focused on continuous improvement and keeping DHG future-focused, which supports the firm’s mission of building valuable careers with our people and helping clients achieve their goals.
In his prior role as Managing Partner of Industries, he led growth and strategy for DHG’s 10+ industry groups, including Healthcare, Insurance, Financial Services, Dealerships, Manufacturing, Distribution, Retail, Construction, Real Estate, Technology, Government Contracting, Non-Profit, Education and Government. He has also served as Managing Partner of DHG Dealerships and Regional Managing Partner for two geographic markets in DHG’s southern U.S. service areas.
Throughout Tim’s career, he has provided assurance and advisory services to a wide variety of clients, focusing primarily on the dealership industry. He has also performed valuation and cost segregation work. Tim is active in many professional associations, completing a three-year term as a member of the Business Valuation Committee for the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and chairing the AICPA’s National Auto Dealer Conference. Tim is a thought leader in the industry, contributing to DHG’s Knowledge Share articles and webinars, authoring pieces for the BVR Special Report and speaking on emerging accounting trends at industry events.
