Tim is the Managing Partner of DHG’s Industry practices. He is focused on the growth and oversight of all industry practices, including DHG’s national industries – Healthcare, Insurance, Financial Services and Dealerships. This role also includes the Firm’s services to Manufacturing and Distribution, Services, Construction, Real Estate, Technology, Government Contracting, Governmental, and Non-Profit related clients.
Tim has held various leadership positions at DHG, including his most recent position as Managing Partner of DHG Dealerships since 2012. He served as Office Managing Partner of the Birmingham office from 2005-2015 and as Regional Managing Partner of two regions in years past, leading offices in Dallas, Atlanta and Birmingham. Since 2014, Tim has been an elected member of the DHG Executive Committee.
Tim has served a number of leadership positions for national organizations. He was Chair of the National Auto Dealer Conference for the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. in 2015, 2016 and 2017. He completed a three-year term as a member of the Business Valuation Committee for the AICPA in 2004 and was also the 2004 Chair of the National Business Valuation Conference for the AICPA.
Finally, Tim has written and spoken extensively about relevant and emerging trends within the dealership industry. He was the primary contributor and author to the BVR Special Reports on dealership valuation matters entitled, “What It’s Worth: Automobile Dealership Value” in 2016 and “Key Trends Driving Auto Dealership Value” in 2013.
