Since the beginning of the pandemic, the federal government has dispensed more than $178 billion as Provider Relief Funds to be used towards any expense that is attributable to COVID-19. As seen in 2021 with the Great Resignation, the COVID-19 pandemic has and will continue to, significantly contribute to the rise in burnout and turnover. Employee burnout is one of the leading factors of turnover - which in turn negatively impacts an organization's bottom line.

In this webinar, professionals from DHG Healthcare's Organizational Health practice will highlight how you can use your Provider Relief Funds to address burnout, how you can improve your financial standing and your employee's well-being and how DHG can help you achieve these goals.
