Government contractors face legal risks every day that could have significant financial and other risks. In this month’s Issues in Focus webinar, DHG’s Bill Walter and Gary McDonald and their guests from Foley & Lardner, Rohan Virginkar and Lori Rubin, will discuss some of the current, relevant areas of legal risk facing the government contractor community. The speakers will provide insight into Department of Justice enforcement action areas of focus, cyber related fraud and legal risks associated with labor. The team will also discuss qui tam (whistleblower) case trends and notable decisions among other topics.
