Private Equity Principal Brings New Operational Performance Improvement Services to DHG

As part of this commitment, we are pleased to welcome Mark T. Miller as a principal in our private equity practice. Mark has more than 25 years of experience assisting private equity-held and other middle market companies with operational and financial improvement. Mark will leverage his robust experience with top-tier advisory firms to provide leadership within DHG’s performance improvement practice. He will help clients across industries address business challenges and find opportunities to increase shareholder value. Given his background as a long-time turnaround consultant, Mark will focus on helping DHG’s clients assess financial performance and coordinate operational restructuring services that stabilize distressed organizations and drive enhanced liquidity in tight markets.

Since starting his career with a global public accounting and advisory firm, Mark has successfully led programs to improve gross margin and EBITDA performance, integrate multiple add-on acquisitions in compressed timeframes and create clarity and alignment between Sales, Operations and Customer Support organizations. Prior to joining DHG, Mark held numerous Chief Operating Officer roles, including as a managing director with an Atlanta-based middle market business advisory firm and as an operating executive within a private equity portfolio company. His leadership positions included Chief Operating Officer for both a $140M software company and a $450M transportation and logistics provider. He also led the merger integration practice at a global professional services firm. Additionally, Mark led turnaround and restructuring efforts for several southeast clients.

Mark graduated from George Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial & Systems Engineering.
