Our Ongoing Commitment to Equality & Inclusion

DHG is and will continue to be unwavering in our commitment to creating an inclusive environment that values and appreciates diversity of all kinds. Fostering this environment is our responsibility as professionals, as team members and as human beings.

Our Response to Current Events

We stand in solidarity with the Asian, Asian American and Pacific Islander community. The rise in violence against these individuals and this community is unacceptable and will not be tolerated. Our team members, clients and communities are reeling from the acts of violence, racism, and intolerance that have taken place against members of the AAAPI communities across the country, and we stand with them as an ally and a voice.

We Will Be the Change

I call on every team member at DHG to be compassionate to the pain in our AAAPI communities, bold in addressing our country’s systemic inequities, and courageous in our individual commitments to positive change. We must all do our part—whether by listening, sharing, or learning—to usher in an equitable society that is long overdue. Within the past year we have hosted “My Experience” sessions throughout the firm to engage in active communication with one another, most recently about racism and racial injustice in the United States. We will continue these forums to support our team members in the AAAPI communities in the coming weeks.
