Charlotte, N.C., April 22, 2022 – DHG is pleased to share Jeff Rapaglia, a Partner in the firm’s Professional Standards Group, has been appointed to the AICPA’s Auditing Standards Board (ASB), effective May 19, 2022. The ASB is the senior committee of the AICPA designated to issue auditing, attestation, and quality control standards applicable to the performance and issuance of audit and attestation reports for non-issuers. In this role, Jeff will assist the ASB’s development of performance, reporting and quality control standards for auditors of non-issuers to provide quality audits.

Jeff is the Director of SEC Services within DHG’s Professional Standards Group. With more than 20 years of experience, he is responsible for evaluating and enhancing the firm’s public company practice audit methodology, fostering compliance with emerging issues impacting DHG’s public company clients, and serving as a technical resource for the firm regarding SEC, PCAOB and other public company matters. Jeff has previously served as the Technical Director of Professional Practice for the CAQ and as a Senior Manager for the PCAOB.
