DHG Welcomes Ryan Irby as Partner in the Transaction Advisory Practice

Dallas, T.X., November 20, 2020 – Dixon Hughes Goodman (DHG), a U.S. top 20 professional services firm, is pleased to welcome Ryan Irby as a Partner in the Transaction Advisory practice. Ryan has more than 14 years of professional experience in transaction advisory services with a focus on the planning, performance and oversight of Quality of Earnings and Financial Due Diligence engagements across the manufacturing, distribution, retail, energy and technology industries. In his new role at DHG, he will assist the firm in navigating complicated buy-side and sell-side transactions for corporate buyers and private equity groups with a primary focus on middle market transactions.

Ryan was recently named to the Dallas 500 2021 list of top business leaders in the Dallas/Fort Worth area by D CEO. In the community, Ryan is involved with the Association for Corporate Growth – Dallas/Fort Worth, where he serves as treasurer and board member. Ryan graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Master of Finance. Ryan also holds a Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University.
