David Drabkin Joins DHG as Director of Government Contracting Advisory

Tysons, Va., April 3, 2019 – Dixon Hughes Goodman LLP (DHG), a U.S. top 20 public accounting and advisory firm, is pleased to announce David Drabkin has joined the firm as a Director in DHG’s Government Contracting Advisory Services group where he will serve as the editor for their publications: the GovCon Report and the GovCon Digest in addition to other consulting activities.

Prior to joining DHG, Drabkin served as Chairman of the Section 809 Panel where his team worked with industry and government professionals to make 98 recommendations for the Department of Defense and Congress to consider simplifying the process for contracting with the military. Throughout his 35-plus year career in the government contracting industry, Drabkin has worked for the Department of Defense (DoD), the General Services Administration (GSA) and the Homeland Security and Government Affairs Committee (HSGAC). His vast knowledge and experience has enabled him to provide contracting and legal guidance to government contracting professionals pertaining to working with the federal government.
