At the 7th Annual Southeast Finance Conference presented by DHG, attendees explored “Black Swans and Gray Rhinos: Identifying Opportunity in the Face of Challenge,” which covered various threats impacting the senior living industry. As introduced in CHALLENGE / Part I: How to Recognize and Define Your Rhino, a Gray Rhino is a highly probable, highly impactful yet often neglected threat to organizational health.
