Jeff Outten Named Director of Change Management

Charlotte, N.C., January 17, 2018 – Dixon Hughes Goodman, a U.S. top 20 public accounting and advisory firm, is pleased to announce that Jeff Outten has joined the firm as Director of Change Management, effective January 2, 2018. Jeff is based in DHG’s Charlotte, NC headquarters where he will lead the implementation and evolution of DHG’s newly established Change Hub.

DHG introduced the Change Hub to accelerate change and collaboration across the firm. The Change Hub will serve to coordinate, support and enable significant change initiatives within DHG, build an enhanced change IQ across the firm and position DHG to more effectively achieve its mission and execute on its strategy.

Jeff brings more than 30 years of experience leading change initiatives for companies across the U.S. This experience includes working with large corporations in areas such as strategic planning, complex organizational change, process improvement and leadership effectiveness. At DHG, he will provide oversight, guidance, and practical coordination for the Change Hub and he will be instrumental in sharing the knowledge, tools and skills to be effective change leaders at DHG and beyond.
