DHG Announces Dennis McLister Is Promoted to Director in the Firm’s DHG Private Equity and Transaction Advisory Practice

In his role, Dennis assists corporate buyers and private equity groups navigate complicated transactions. He has more than 20 years of experience providing transaction advisory, accounting and auditing services to private equity funds, investment banks and businesses as well as experience providing finance and operational leadership to privately held companies.
