An Ohio native, Louie grew up in the dealership environment thanks to a strong family connection to the industry. For the past 12+ years, he has worked exclusively in the automotive and motorsports arenas and has experience serving a wide range of dealership groups, from smaller, family-owned single point locations to top ten mega dealers. Based in the firm’s Tysons, Virginia office, Louie offers a wide breadth of assurance experience to his clients. In addition to traditional audit service, Louie is particularly skilled in some of the industry’s more nuanced advisory and operational areas, including buy-sells, due diligence, internal audits, risk assessments and more

Armed with a Masters degree in Taxation from Texas Tech University, Natalie boasts an impressive resume providing superior tax services to her dealership clients. With more than 12 years of experience working with dealerships, her skillset encompasses tax planning, tax compliance, assistance with bookkeeping accounting and payroll tax, resolving tax notices, managing IRS audits and more. While she works with dealerships of all sizes, she has been pivotal in managing the work and relationship with one of the nation’s largest and most respected groups.
