DHG Awarded the Dr. Jane S. Redmond and PepsiCo Commitment to Diversity Award

Charlotte, N.C., February 10, 2015 – The University of Tennessee, Knoxville Center for Career Development Dr. Jane S. Redmond and PepsiCo Commitment to Diversity Award recently recognized DHG for its outstanding commitment to diversity through outreach and inclusion of students from diverse populations at the University of Tennessee. This award is in honor of Dr. Jane S. Redmond, whose dedication to diversity was unparalleled during her 30-year tenure within the UT Division of Student Life. In addition, the award recognizes PepsiCo for its continued dedication in creating a culture that embraces and values diversity.

This year the CARE Committee received a number of outstanding nominations. DHG stood out for its commitment to diversity and inclusion through their partnership with the Haslam College of Business, specifically as sole sponsor for the AIM Academy- a program designed to introduce high school students from diverse backgrounds to the field of accounting. DHG also hosted a number of programs with the University of Tennessee, working with diverse student organizations to prepare student leaders for success in the workplace.
