DHG to Present at Bank & Capital Markets Tax Institute

Charlotte, N.C., October 7, 2015 – DHG will present on two topics at this year’s Bank & Capital Markets Tax Institute (BTI 2015). The Tax Managing Partner for DHG Financial Services, Nikki Yarborough, will present on a community banking update panel, and Jon Tomberlin, Partner in the DHG Financial Services practice, will be a panelist for the generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) update. The conference will be held November 4 - 6, 2015, in Orlando, Fla.

“Nikki is a trusted tax advisor, helping our clients navigate the complexity of today’s tax laws and regulations,” said Walter McNairy, Managing Partner of DHG Financial Services. “Her presentation will provide insightful views and best practices for financial institutions to deal with a myriad of tax issues. In addition, Jon will advise on emerging accounting issues facing banks today.”

Yarborough serves on the advisory board for BTI 2015. She has more than 24 years of tax experience in public accounting. Yarborough works with financial institutions focusing on federal corporate taxation, mergers and acquisitions tax consulting, and federal and state tax compliance.
