The goal of our annual MINDSETS survey is to provide insight into the predominant trends within the healthcare industry and share deeper perspective into how leaders across the industry plan to leverage those trends to effectively address the challenges of today. This year was unique due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the workforce, strategic goals and areas of focus. The 87 participants were all executive leaders in the healthcare industry.
